Shipping and Delivery

We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 48 working hours. When your order is despatched we will send you an email confirming the contents of your delivery. If your package has been sent using a traceable delivery service we will include this information in the despatch email.

FREE Deliveries to the UK

All packages are sent by Royal Mail, First Class, Packet (Recorded Signed For). All items will require a signature upon Delivery. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 1-7 working days.

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Delivery to the UK is Free with ecery order.

Deliveries to Europe & Internatioanl Destinations

Deliveries to Europe and rest of the world
are sent by Royal Mail, International Signed For, and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times within Europe are approximately 3-10 working days, the rest of the world including US & Australia takes approximately 5-14 days. All items sent via Royal Mail, International Signed For, will require a signature upon Delivery. Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package. Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy: You can return any unwanted items within 7 working days for a full refund or replacement as long as they are unused and in the original packaging and condition. You must pay the return postage cost. Unfortunately we aren't able to exchange items. Any reward points earned against any item(s) you return for a refund will be removed.

How do I return an item?

Returns by post:
You need package the items securely and include a copy of your original dispatch note. Address the package to Hadham Beauty c/o Great Hadham Golf & Country Club, Great Hadham Road, Much Hadham, Herts, SG10 6JE. Take it to the Post Office and pay the appropriate postage fee for the weight of the package. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service with insurance. Remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep this for your records.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If you've returned an item and are expecting a refund please allow 14 days for it to appear on your card or PayPal account. We'll send you an e-mail to let you know when the refund has been processed. You can also check your returns using your 'My Account' section of the site [please insert link]

Privacy & Security

All customer records are private, confidential and secure. We will not pass your details onto any third parties, other than our promotional partners with your consent. Information that is held on our database is that which is collected at the time of registration and at ordering. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is used to process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you for help when we are processing an order. Hadhambeauty.com collects e-mail addresses voluntarily provided to enable us to email offers, special promotions and general updates.

About Children: For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Disclosure of Information Policy: We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organisation without your permission.

Acceptance of orders

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. hadhambeauty.com reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer.

All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment Methods: Hadhambeauty.com accepts a variety of credit and debit cards. All payments are processed by SagePay. We do not store credit card details.



Credit Cards

Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
• If your card is new or recently re-issued, make sure it has been activated.
• Double check the card type (for example, Visa Debit), the account number and expiration date.
• Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
• If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service telephone number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorise your purchase.

Account Verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the telephone number on the back of your card to confirm.

Security Codes: The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Account Information: By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Registered Account users are eligible to earn hadhambeauty.com reward points Once you have logged in to your account, your point balance is displayed underneath the welcome message.

My Rewards Points: Located in the "My Account" section, is where all point-related information can be accessed. On this page, five sections are located: Points Summary, Redeem Your Points, Send Points to a Friend, Earnings History, and Spending History.

Points Summary Option: This section details how many Reward Ponits you have.

Send Points to a Friend Option: In the Send Points to a Friend Section, customers with user accounts are able to send points amongst each other. Simply enter in the email of the customer receiving the points, and amount of points you would like to send, and optionally a short comment for your friend, then press the "Send to a Friend" button to give your points to a friend or loved one.

Earnings History Section: This section displays your complete point earning history. Any reward points that have been earned in the past are displayed here in detail. The amount, date, status as well as a comment on how the reward points were earned are displayed here. If the reward points were earned via an order, a link to that order is provided.

Spending History Section: Just as the Earnings History section displays a detailed breakdown of how your reward points are earned, the Spending History section does the same for how you are spending your reward points. It too displays the amount, date, status, comment and order link of every reward point spending action you have taken.
